What are the different membership plans?
We offer Welcome Pack, Sand Pack, Stone Pack, Rock Pack and Hill Pack. They differ with respect to many parameters such as the validity, the number of products you can order, the frequency of delivery, the cost etc. You can select a plan as per your requirements at the time of registration.
Can I keep the toy for longer than the stipulated time?
Yes, you can. Simply email us your request and we shall do the needful for you.
What are the payment modes available?
You can pay in cash or give cheque on first delivery.
What is refundable deposit?
Refundable deposit is security amount, which is refundable after completion of selected period of plan.
